Advancement, Marketing & Enrollment Network (AMEN)

The Advancement, Marketing & Enrollment Network (AMEN) is a collaborative initiative of the Office of the Superintendent dedicated to supporting and enhancing the growth, visibility, and long-term success of all 24 diocesan schools within the Diocese of Bridgeport.

AMEN brings together professionals responsible for advancement, marketing, communications, admissions, enrollment, and community engagement to share ideas, strategies, and best practices. Through regular meetings, professional development opportunities, and collaboration with industry experts, members work together to strengthen Catholic education across the diocese.

The network empowers schools with innovative strategies, professional expertise, and proven best practices in the areas most critical to growth and long term success, including enrollment management, marketing, branding, social media, public relations, development and family engagement. By sharing successful initiatives and proven strategies, AMEN helps schools enhance their outreach efforts, strengthen their communities, and support sustainable enrollment growth.

Through collaboration and innovation, AMEN strengthens the mission of Catholic education while ensuring that families throughout the Diocese of Bridgeport have access to exceptional faith-based learning opportunities. The Office of the Superintendent conducts approximately four AMEN meetings each school year and one meeting over the summer. Facilitated by our Community Engagement Specialist, these meetings are hosted by schools throughout the Diocese of Bridgeport.

Our summer AMEN meeting was held on the morning of 8/5/26 at our Shelton office, featuring Joe Pisani, Emily Clark, Kathy-Ann Gobin and Colin Firda from the Fairfield County Catholic. The FCC team provided valuable insights and information to our schools. Marie Oates from the Diocese of Bridgeport stopped in to introduce herself and greet the team. We were also pleased to have members of the Office of the Superintendent of Schools (OSS) team with us, including Patrice Kopas and Marie Tonini, who stopped in for a bit, as well as Sharon Luciano and Sarah Beck, who attended the meeting. The meeting recap & handouts were shared with the AMEN team via email on 8/8 and in the 8/12 Crossroads Principal Newsletter.  AMEN Meeting 2026 Photos Here I Stay tuned for information about our next AMEN meeting coming this Fall.
